My name is Van Tan Thanh, a retail trader from Vietnam. I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the broker operating under the brand name "Vittaverse" (Website: https://vittaverse.com), which claims to be regulated under your jurisdiction.

I am currently facing a serious issue where the broker refuses to process my withdrawal request, and I have been unable to access my funds.

Description of the issue:

I have been trading with Vittaverse and accumulated a legitimate balance. On October 09, 2026, I submitted a formal withdrawal request for the amount of 1250 USD.

However, the broker has frozen my transaction and locker my account. I have contacted their live chat and customer support multiple times to resolve this matter, but they have continuously delayed the process and failed to provide any valid justification.

I have attached all relevant supporting evidence to this email, including my identity document, screenshots of my cTrader account balance, the pending withdrawal status dated 2026-10-09, and communication logs showing their lack of response.
