The illegal trading that made them steal from me yet losses on cpi didn't get refunded. All trades placed on my iPhone with a account they provided me back in July full kyc everything. Only issue was making too much money as they b book and can’t afford to pay traders when they make money. esCapitals have 10 plus reviews in last few months stating the same thing I think they should just be marked as a scam to save others from having their time wasted as they won’t pay out clients and only want them to lose
