Great Customer Engagement assisted me with my request and the issue was with my bank and not the broker. However he did not just end the discussion but also suggested the relevant info needed to engage the bank. This will allow me to solve the issue without having to run back and forth.

I have been trading with Pepperstone for several months now. The platform is convenient and stable, and order execution is fast. I am also happy with the excellent support. For beginners there are a lot of training materials, which is also a big plus.

This is one of those brokers that makes you feel confident even if you are new to trading. The interface of the platform is simple and clear. The only thing that did not suit me a bit was the commissions on some types of accounts.
