However, we would like to caution you that MTL appears to be an unregulated entity.

MTL says it operates as Mosanes Technologies Limited, registered with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center of Canada (FINTRAC) and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). While the company name is listed with these agencies, neither FINTRAC nor FinCEN regulates forex brokers or trading activities. Their role is limited to anti-money laundering compliance.

MTL also claims to be registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. However, our check shows this registration has been cancelled. Moreover, the SVG FSA does not provide regulatory oversight for forex trading—it only allows companies to register as International Business Companies (IBC).

Given the lack of proper financial regulation, we strongly advise you to be cautious and avoid trading with MTL if possible.
