I had requested for withdrawal of 230 and 2 withdrawal of 300 usd on 12.01.2026 and 13.01.2026 from my wallet SF993523979USD amount for 230 usd was credited on 13.01.2026 and 2 withdrawal request 300 usd is still not credited to my account but as per my transaction history it is showing completed but the amount for both 300 usd is still not credited to my account when I contacted to their support team they say they have send the amount and provided payment receipt but when I contacted to my bank they said no such amount was credited in my account. I am providing them my latest bank statement in which it is clearly showing no such credit was done. They are saying they are investigating with their processor. They are not even telling from which bank those transaction were done. As in India funds can be tracked from senders bank only.
