🚨 Today is Day 14 since my first withdrawal request — and STARTRADER still has not released my funds.


They removed their bonus (which is fine), but then also blocked my own deposited money. For two weeks, the only response I receive is “please wait, your case is under review.”


This is unacceptable. My public complaint is here:

Traders deserve transparency — be very careful before trusting this broker.

I submitted my withdrawal request 12 days ago with all required documentation. Despite multiple follow-ups via live chat, the responses have been vague, non-specific, and unhelpful.


I run a trading academy and had recommended STARTRADER to my students. Due to the prolonged delay and lack of clear communication, my professional credibility and the reputation of my academy are being damaged.


Attached are screenshots of my live chat conversations with customer support, clearly showing that:


1. My withdrawal is allegedly “being processed” with no specific timeframe.



2. Customer support is unable or unwilling to provide any further details regarding the verification or approval process.




This situation is unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and a specific date by which my funds will be released.


If I do not receive a clear and concrete response immediately, I will escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and consumer protection agencies.

This is unacceptable. When I submitted my withdrawal request, STARTRADER removed their bonus, which is fine. But instead of processing my withdrawal, they also locked my own deposited funds. A broker has no right to block client deposits.

I submitted a withdrawal request on [2025/09/02] for my personal funds. My first withdrawal was rejected, and now it has been 7 days without any update. I have contacted support multiple times, and all I receive are standard replies such as “under review.”

 

This delay has caused serious issues for me, including affecting my credibility as a trading academy instructor. I request urgent processing of my withdrawal. All related screenshots and communication are attached.
