I deposited 999 USD to D Prime on November 12, 2025. On November 19, I requested a withdrawal. They kept telling me it would be processed within one business day, but nothing happened. I waited more than a week, and every time I asked, they just repeated the same generic answers.

Today, they finally sent me only my initial deposit. They refused to pay out any of the profit I made. So basically, they returned the principal and kept all the earnings.

Throughout this whole process, they never gave a proper explanation, and it was incredibly frustrating trying to get a simple withdrawal done.

If anyone is considering using this broker be careful they don’t let you withdraw your profits and make you wait for days with empty promises.
