Hi, I tried to withdraw from Penzo Limited and they refused and said I need to pay capital gains tax before I can withdraw. They then sent me the IRS cryptocurrency wallet address claiming that I need to make a payment and send them the transfer voucher and that I can withdraw only after they complete the audit and approve it. First of all, I couldn't find any regulatory information for Penzo or any proof that they can collect taxes. Secondly, they say I can't use the money in my account to pay taxes, it has to be external, so why can't I use it when it's all my money? I have already complained to the police, I don't know what else to do, please help. So far I have lost $170,000.
