CONTENT I have been a client of TMi Markets since October 2024, account ID 11082674. I currently have a silver account. I am not satisfied with the activities of the assigned PAM manager. He does not respond to my e-mail requests, he is unavailable on the phone number. This has been going on for 8 weeks.I am not satisfied with the management of my deposit, I have repeatedly and for a long time pointed out the unfoundedness of one of the open positions, the loss of which has already exceeded 20 thousand EUR.I contacted TMi Markets with a request to change the PAM manager and asked to close all open positions and either assign another, more capable account manager, or terminate the contract and settle the balance.I did not receive a response to requests addressed to support by e-mail or through the Client support tab on the TMi Markets portal. The contact phone numbers listed on the website are unavailable.Because I have lost all confidence in working with TMi Markets, I requested a withdrawal of EUR 16,106.86 on June 20, 2025. My request for a cash withdrawal was first confirmed, then rejected without any explanation.I sent an official complaint to TMi Markets, without a response. In addition, the Company blocked my access to the portal and does not respond to my emails.I request a withdrawal of the requested amount. At the same time, I request that I receive written confirmation of the termination of the contractual relationship and the settlement of all obligations.
