I wonder how a company starts business with their address in UAE with no license from regulator. The UAE government should take legitimate action as to enable depositors/investors at least get their principle amount.

I have invested in OmegaPro on Feb 2022 with a saving package of 16 months and interest rate of more than double of the principle amount. The maturity period should have completed on June 2023, however I can not get my funds back as of today (Sep 20, 2023). This is not my case/problem only, hundreds of others (investors/depositors) from our country Afghanistan (world members maybe in millions) are facing the same problem. OmegaPro now seems as scam/fraud to me and others as well, thus, we have to take action for our right. Please give us advice on how to file lawsuit collectively by hundred (even millions) individuals as mentioned earlier.
