Financial regulators continued their crackdown on unauthorized investment firms during the week of July 13–19, 2026, issuing new warnings against multiple brokers suspected of operating without proper authorization or engaging in potentially fraudulent activities.

 

Last week, 19 brokers were identified as unlicensed or subject to regulatory warnings from authorities including the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Germany's BaFin, Italy's CONSOB, and Switzerland's FINMA.

Warned by the FCA (UK) – 8 brokers

 

TridentFX, Axis Advisory Trade, BlockassetsBridge, Cryptex Markets, Mercer Advisor Management, CoinFinity, Staple Markets, and Bornemx Market.

 

The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has warned that these firms are not authorised to provide financial services in the UK, and may be running investment scams.

 

Warned by BaFin (Germany) – 4 brokers

 

Konvexium, Nordvet, Tcinos Group, Primepocket Trades. 

 

Germany’s Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has cautioned that these firms are offering financial services without the required licence. Investors should avoid any dealings with them.

 

Warned by CONSOB (Italy) – 3 brokers

 

Trilessyum, Gold Grain Capital, Future Investment.

 

Italy’s securities regulator CONSOB has ordered these websites to be blocked, as they are offering trading services without proper authorisation.

 

Warned by FINMA (Switzerland) – 1 broker


Vault Capital Growth.

 

The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has issued a public warning against this entity, which appears to be operating without a licence.

 

Unregulated / No Valid License – 3 brokers

These platforms are not listed under any known regulatory authority and are considered high‑risk. Investors are strongly advised to avoid depositing funds with them.
