During the week of April 13–19, A total of 44 unregulated or regulator‑warned brokers were identified this week by Brokersview.

 

Among them, 21 firms received formal warnings from financial regulators, with the UK’s FCA issuing the most (12 alerts). The remaining 23 brokers are operating without any known regulatory license, though not yet publicly warned.

FCA (UK) – 12 warnings (most active this week)

CySEC (Cyprus) – 4 warnings

AMF (France) – 2 warnings

CONSOB (Italy) – 1 warning

AFM (Netherlands) – 1 warning

BCSC (Canada) – 1 warning

ASIC (Australia) – 1 warning

 

Nearly half (48%) of flagged brokers have already drawn regulatory warnings.

 

Fully Unregulated Brokers Still Widespread, A total of 23 brokers showed no valid regulatory oversight, including:
