Robinhood Onboards Former Google Executive as First Chief Product Officer

Robinhood yesterday announced the appointment of Aparna Chennapragada as its first Chief Product Officer who will be responsible for overseeing all of product, design and research. 

Aparna brings with 20 years of experience and success in tech. She specilizes in product management, people management, strategy, technical leadership especially in AI and large-scale data products.

Aparna joins Robinhood after 12 years of leadership at Google, where she most recently served as Vice President. Before this role, Aparna was the Technical Assistant to Google CEO. Prior to joining Google, Aparna has been serving as Angel Investor and Advisor at various companies since 2014. Over the course of her career, Aparna also worked at Capital One as a member of the Board of Directors from 2018.
