Regulatory Warning Weekly Review - What Brokers Are Warned by Regulators This Week?

Pay attention to regulatory warning news keeps scam away. There are collections of what brokers are warned by regulators from 2 June, 2023 to 8 June, 2023.


1. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) updates its blacklists, which exposes the lies of scammers. The list may be a little bit longer so you can click here to check the full version.


2. Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has updated its Investor Alert List, 22 unauthorized websites, investment products, companies or individuals were added to the warning list in May 2023. You can click here to check full list.


3. Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (Belgian FSMA) has been receiving consumer complaints about new fraudulent trading platforms in the past few weeks, so the Authority investigated and published the names and Web sites of these fraudulent trading platforms and strongly advised consumers not to give any response to the financial services on these platforms. 4. National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) warned 3 unauthorized forex brokers, you can click here to see who they are.


5. Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) has ordered the black-out of 4 new websites that offer financial services illegally. The black-out of these websites by Internet service providers operating on Italian territory is ongoing. For technical reasons, it can take several days for the black-out to come into effect. You can click here for their websites.
