OANDA Acquired Poland-based Forex Broker TMS

OANDA Global Corporation ("OANDA"), an industry-leading forex broker, has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares of a Poland-headquartered broker, Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers S.A. ('TMS'), which was established more than 20 years ago with a strong reputation for innovation. 

Commenting on the acquisition, Gavin Bambury, CEO of OANDA, said, "We are delighted with the deal and I'd like to personally welcome all the TMS team to OANDA. Acquiring TMS is an initial step made by OANDA to expand its business and increase global influence. Under Gavin Bambury's leadership, the US-based company has witnessed significant changes in its operations. The company is expected to see a sustainable and steady growth across the globe.

TMS runs its business under the regulation of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) with market availability in the European Union.
