New Zealand's FMA Warns Against GTV Media Group Inc
The New Zealand's Financial Markets Authority (FMA) today published a warning on its website against GTV Media Group Inc.
The firm is using or giving the following details:
Entity name: GTV Media Group Inc
Website: https://gtv.org/ , http://corp.gtv.com/
As detailed in the notice, the regulatory body said that it became aware of New Zealand residents investing in shares of GTV Media Group Inc.
The entity is not a registered financial service provider and is unable to offer financial services/products to New Zealand residents. The New Zealand watchdog recommend exercising caution when dealing with this entity.
Let's recall that, Canadian regulator British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has issued a warning against GTV Media Group Inc in May 2020. The entity is not registered to sell securities in BC and has not filed a prospectus with the watchdog.
It was reported earlier that FMA has issued a warning against Gold Shore Marketing, which claims to be an independent equity research firm and a trusted introducing agent to some of the worlds leading financial institutions and wealth managers, based on the information offered on the firm's website.
