Italian Authorities Caution Public Against Unlicensed Investment Sites
The Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) warned unregulated forex platforms on June 20, 2025.
The CONSOB recommended vigilance against these new abusive financial services providers and ordered the black-out of related websites and pages that offer financial services illegally.
The CONSOB warned three unlicensed financial service providers:

The number of entities blacked out since July 2019, when Consob gained the power to order the websites of fraudulent financial intermediaries to be blacked out, has thus risen to 1,360.
Consob emphasizes the critical importance of exercising due diligence to make well-informed investment decisions and protect savings.
