GenesisFX Appoints Former Zarvista Executive Arkadiusz Bujalski as Head of Operations

GenesisFX Markets has appointed Arkadiusz Bujalski as Head of Operations & Systems Automation, strengthening its operational leadership as the offshore CFD broker continues to develop its internal infrastructure and business processes.

Based in Cyprus, Bujalski joins the Saint Lucia-based broker after spending the past three years at Zarvista, formerly known as Zara FX. He initially served as Operations Manager before being promoted to Head of Operations, where he oversaw operational processes and workflow management.

In his new role at GenesisFX, Bujalski will lead the development and optimisation of the broker's operational systems, technical infrastructure, and internal workflows. He will also support compliance processes and operational efficiency as the company continues to expand its trading operations.

Before joining Zarvista, Bujalski served as Head of Customer Support at BUX's Stryk CFD brand, where he developed cross-functional support procedures and performance metrics for institutional clients. Earlier in his career, he spent five years at FxPro as Customer Support Supervisor, managing customer operations and retail client experience.

His industry background also includes roles at Safecap Investments, the operator of Markets.com, as well as XTrade, IronFX, and UFXMarkets, where he gained experience in client onboarding, KYC and AML compliance, and account lifecycle management.

The appointment reflects GenesisFX's continued investment in operational infrastructure as brokers increasingly focus on automation, compliance, and scalable internal processes to support business growth.
