Limassol-based broker FXGlobe has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Lambros Savva as Head of Operations.
Savva joins FXGlobe from IronFX, where he spent nearly a decade building his career across multiple commercial and operational roles. Most recently, he served as Head of Business Development, having progressed through the organisation after starting out in customer support in 2016.
In his new role, Savva will be responsible for overseeing FXGlobe’s operational framework, supporting process optimisation, cross-department coordination, and the scalability of the broker’s global business. His appointment comes as FXGlobe continues to invest in infrastructure and senior leadership to support growth across regulated markets.
Savva’s move follows a series of recent executive hires at FXGlobe. In November, the broker appointed Reginald Sherekete as Chief Risk Officer. Sherekete joined from Doo Group, where he held the role of Head of Risk, and previously worked in senior dealing positions at Scope Markets and Trade Capital Markets.
FXGlobe is headquartered in Cyprus and operates under a CySEC licence, with additional regulatory approvals in South Africa and Vanuatu. The broker provides access to forex and CFD markets via MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and its proprietary Black Arrow trading platform.
The appointment of Savva underscores FXGlobe’s focus on strengthening operational execution as it expands its presence beyond Europe and deepens its regulatory footprint.
