FP Markets Appoints Haris Sergiou as Global Head of Business Development

FP Markets has announced the appointment of Haris Sergiou as its new Global Head of Business Development.

Sergiou brings extensive experience in the forex industry and a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and international market expansion.

Before joining FP Markets, Sergiou served as Business Development Director at Doo Group, where he was responsible for sales strategies across MENA and Asian markets, including Japan, the Philippines, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. He also managed IB relationships and supported regional market expansion.

Prior to Doo Group, Sergiou spent three years at XM as Country Manager – Business Development in the UAE. His responsibilities included business growth, strategic partnerships, market expansion, marketing campaigns, and client education initiatives.

In his new role at FP Markets, Sergiou will lead the broker’s global business development strategy, with a focus on strengthening partnerships and supporting the company’s continued international growth.

The appointment adds further senior forex industry experience to FP Markets as the broker seeks to expand its global presence and business development operations.
