On December 11, 2025, the French Financial Authority (AMF) issued a clear warning, adding the forex platform Finaurex to its official blacklist. The reason is simple: this company is not authorized to offer forex trading services in France. This action by a respected regulator is a major red flag for all investors.

Furthermore, French clients have reported severe issues with Finaurex, describing it as a scam. They claim that after initial attractive promises and seemingly professional follow-up, the company becomes unresponsive once withdrawal of funds is requested. Many traders have lost their entire investments, with specific mentions of losses amounting to €58,000 and unpaid balances. They strongly warn others to avoid Finaurex, stating they have been manipulated and are now pursuing legal action or reporting to authorities.

Finaurex claims on its website to be regulated. It states it is operated by HeadPro Corp Market, which is allegedly licensed by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) in Comoros. We checked MISA’s online registry. A company named HeadPro Corp Market does appear there. But there is a critical problem. MISA does not list the official website domain for the company it licenses. This means we cannot confirm if the website finaurex.com is truly connected to the authorized entity HeadPro Corp Market.

Please also note that MISA authorization offers little real safety. MISA is an offshore regulator known for weak oversight. It lacks international recognition and provides minimal investor protection.
The combination of these facts presents a high risk. A reputable national regulator has flagged Finaurex as unauthorized. Its only regulatory claim is tied to a disreputable offshore body with no domain verification. Clients’ revelations of Finaurex’s tactics raise serious concerns of potential fraud.
Given the evidence, Finaurex appears to be a scam. It poses a significant danger to anyone’s money. Protect your capital by staying away from Finaurex.
