FCA Warning: Unlicensed Brokers Showing Concerning Similarities
The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has updated its warnings about unlicensed brokers and finfluencers, reminding investors to be aware of potential risks.
In FCA's warning last week, several unlicensed forex trading websites exhibited striking similarities. Despite using different brand names and logos, their advertising slogans, service descriptions, and terms and conditions were nearly identical, strongly suggesting operation by the same criminal group. Investors are advised to report any similar unlicensed trading websites to regulatory authorities upon discovery.
