
Global prime broker EXANTE has appointed Alex Kishchuk as its new Trade Desk Lead, strengthening its senior operational leadership as the firm continues to scale globally. The appointment was announced on 21 January 2026, with Kishchuk based in Limassol, Cyprus.
In his new role, Kishchuk will lead EXANTE’s global trade execution and operational functions. He will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s trading infrastructure maintains the speed, transparency and control expected by professional and institutional clients as EXANTE expands its product offering and market reach. Kishchuk will report directly to Zane Kotane, Chief Operations Officer at EXANTE.
Kishchuk brings more than ten years of experience across financial markets, trade execution and operational leadership. He has held senior positions at major global institutions including J.P. Morgan, Allfunds Bank and BNP Paribas Securities Services. Across these roles, he managed high-performing teams and led cross-border initiatives spanning multiple European markets.
His background combines hands-on execution expertise with strong academic credentials. Kishchuk holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Warsaw and has passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
Commenting on the appointment, Zane Kotane said the move reflects EXANTE’s focus on strengthening its core infrastructure as the firm enters its next phase of growth. He noted that Kishchuk’s international experience and leadership will be critical in building a scalable, future-ready Trade Desk that enhances execution quality while reinforcing transparency and client control.
Kishchuk said he is joining EXANTE at a pivotal stage in its development. He added that he looks forward to working with the team to further strengthen trading infrastructure, streamline operational processes and deliver additional value to clients.
