CySEC Warns Investors About 10 Unauthorised Websites

قبل 2 ساعة BrokersView

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has warned investors about 10 website addresses that do not belong to entities authorised to provide investment services, investment activities or crypto-asset services. The warning was issued in Nicosia on September 4, 2026.

CySEC Flags Unauthorised Investment Websites

According to CySEC, the listed websites are not associated with entities granted authorisation under Article 5 of Law 87(I)/2017 for investment services and/or investment activities.

The warning also refers to Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, which covers authorisation for crypto-asset services.

The websites identified by CySEC are:

amazon-forex.com
novatradecore.com
vall-fin.com
daoroyal.com
capitaldealhub.com/AI_app_es
digiteamagency.com/second-income/
seamanfx.com
newfuturevip.com
trademarketcup.com
fxtrade.app

CySEC's notice does not describe the listed websites as scams or identify specific investor losses. The regulatory issue stated in the warning is their lack of the relevant authorisation.

Investors Urged to Verify Regulatory Status

CySEC urged investors to consult its official website before conducting business with an investment firm or crypto-asset service provider. Investors should use the regulator's information to verify whether an entity is authorised to provide the relevant services.

For forex and CFD traders, checking a firm's regulatory status before opening an account can help distinguish an authorised investment service provider from an unauthorised website. The same verification is important when choosing a crypto-asset service provider.

A website, brand name or trading interface alone should not be treated as proof of regulatory authorisation. Investors should verify the exact legal entity, its regulatory status and the services covered by its authorisation before transferring funds.

This is particularly important for traders comparing a regulated forex broker, CFD provider or crypto-asset platform. Promotional claims such as competitive trading conditions or access to an MT5 trading platform should not replace regulatory checks.

Investor warning

An investment website appearing professional does not by itself establish that the operator is authorized to provide financial services. Investors should independently verify a broker's regulatory status before opening an account or transferring funds.
