CySEC Issues Warning Against Four Unauthorized Brokers
On 10 November 2023, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued a new warning against the following four entities that offer financial services without authorization.
- stonexly.com
- retailfx.net
- ftmartzone.com
- ctcapitaltraders.com
The CySEC cautions investors that the above four websites do not belong to any entities that have been granted authorization for the provision of investment services and/or the performance of investment activities, as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017.
CySEC urges investors to consult its official website (www.cysec.gov.cy) to determine whether the entity is licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities before conducting business with an investment company.
