CySEC Imposes Fines of €90,000 on TradeEU.com Operator Titanedge Securities Ltd
On December 1, 2023, The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced a settlement of €90,000 reached with the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) license holder Titanedge Securities Ltd for possible violations of Τhe Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017. The Company has already paid the penalty.
More specifically, the settlement involved the company’s possible violations during the period between October 2022 and July 2023.
Titanedge Securities Ltd, the operator of brokerage brands TradeEU.com and TitanEdge, received its CIF license from CySEC in October 2021.
