These entities are not authorized under their respective jurisdictions and may attempt to imitate legitimate institutions to gain trust. Some of them have been explicitly flagged by Austria’s FMA and the Netherlands’ AFM for unauthorized activities, including portfolio management, investment advice, and execution of orders. Investors are urged not to provide any funds or personal information to these operators.
