Boiler Room Scam Alert: NZ FMA and Dutch AFM Issue Warnings Against DRG-T

On February 5, 2025, the Financial Markets Authority of New Zealand (NZ FMA) issued a scam alert regarding Dragon Trade, which operates under the trading name DRG-T and via www.drg-t.com. NZ FMA’s warning comes on the heels of a public warning from the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).

On December 24, 2024, the Dutch AFM cautioned the public against responding to offers from DRG-T, suspecting it to be a boiler room scam. Boiler room fraud involves aggressive and high-pressure sales tactics to sell speculative or fraudulent investments to unsuspecting investors.

In light of these concerns, the NZ FMA advises extreme caution when dealing with entities such as DRG-T. Stay vigilant and protect your money from being swindled.
