Binarium: Unveiling the Risks of Scam Broker

Jun 04, 2025 BrokersView

How can traders identify scam brokers like Binarium and protect their investments? Scam brokers often lure traders with enticing offers but fail to provide transparency, proper regulation, or reliable services. Understanding the risks and warning signs is crucial to avoid financial losses and protect your funds.

Unregulated Operations

Binarium claims registration in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under registration number 1599 CTD 2016. However, the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) does not regulate forex brokers or issue licenses for financial services.

Binarium also presents an office address located in Cyprus. However, a search of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) database revealed only a warning. CySEC has publicly stated that Binarium is not authorized to provide investment services and does not belong to any entity holding regulatory approval.

In reality, Binarium lacks regulation from any credible authority, making it unsafe to entrust funds to this broker. Investors' money remains unprotected by law, leaving it vulnerable to potential loss.

Additionally, feedback from Binarium users highlights consistent dissatisfaction with the platform. Issues clients reported and negative experiences raise serious concerns about the broker's reliability and trustworthiness.

Blocked Withdrawals and Account Restrictions

Numerous traders report issues with withdrawals. Some accounts were banned without explanation after attempting to withdraw funds, even after fulfilling all stated requirements. These practices are consistent red flags indicating an unreliable platform.

False Promises to Traders

Binarium allegedly lures traders with assurances of transparency and easy fund access but fails to honour these claims. Reports from clients detail accounts being blocked or funds withheld, eroding any trust in the platform's integrity.

Community Mistrust and Insiders’ Misleading Promotions

Traders warn others about Binarium's tactics, claiming the broker operates as a high-level scam hiding in offshore zones. Allegations also extend to influencer involvement, with claims of insider promotions misleading new investors.

BrokersView’s Warning

Binarium operates without proper regulatory oversight, and its clients have reported questionable broker practices, raising serious concerns. Traders are advised to avoid dealing with the scam broker Binarium.
