Belgium's FSMA Flags 25 Fraudulent Investment Platforms

Jul 01, 2026 BrokersView

Belgium's Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has warned investors against 25 fraudulent investment platforms, highlighting a growing wave of online scams that promise quick and easy profits but are designed to steal consumers' money.

The regulator said fraudsters continue to attract victims through professional-looking websites and online advertisements promoting unrealistic investment returns. Many of these sites imitate legitimate financial firms or use sophisticated trading interfaces to appear credible.

Among the newly identified websites used to direct consumers to fraudulent investment schemes are Argentis Capora, Claire Marchèòn, Clarté Finelya, Effectenria, Fort Trésorique, Libre Profitance, Mont Activoire, Riche Patrimesse, Track Cormax Hex, and X Trade Grok 8.1 Flex.

The FSMA also urged the public to avoid dealing with a further group of suspected fraudulent trading platforms, including Bitelity, BlitzPine Group, Blueforge Ltd, CDJ Rise, DataEdgeFX, Dividenda, Exovia Markets, Markelio-global, Noxi Rise, Rivonsphere, Sirano Group (Clone), Solara Finance Limited, SwayHorizonAI, Torvex Finance, and Winseterra.

The authority reminded investors that fraudsters frequently create convincing websites, clone legitimate firms, and use aggressive online marketing tactics to lure victims. Consumers are encouraged to verify whether an investment provider is authorised before transferring funds and to exercise caution when approached with unsolicited investment opportunities.

The FSMA noted that its warning list is updated regularly as new fraudulent platforms emerge and advised investors to consult its official register if they have any doubts about a firm's regulatory status.
