On 12 January 2026, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) added a suspected imposter entity operating via tipfinder.co to its Investor Alert List.
ASIC cautions investors to be wary of dealing with this entity, which impersonates the legitimate and licensed company Vantage Global Prime Pty Ltd by stealing its licensing details. ASIC has confirmed that this entity has no connection with Vantage Global Prime Pty Ltd, whose official website is vantagemarkets.com.

On the imposter website, Vantage Markets’ licensing details across other jurisdictions are also misused. The site promotes itself as a new AI trading platform, requiring an initial A$250 deposit for its bot to allegedly trade currencies, shares, or bonds. It claims deposits are refundable and transactions are completed within minutes to hours, even boasting that “average profit per user was just over A$14,700 per month.”

TipFinder displays a fabricated “Account Statement” and relies on urgency tactics such as “Registrations Closing Soon Due to High Demand.” It further uses falsified client testimonials to reinforce its deception. The site consists of only one page, and none of its claims and data can be verified.

In light of the ASIC warning and the misuse of Vantage Markets’ licensing details, the public is strongly advised not to engage with TipFinder or anyone claiming affiliation with Vantage Global Prime Pty Ltd through this site.
Impersonation scams are a growing threat, exploiting trusted brand names to lure investors. Extreme caution and independent verification are essential whenever suspicion arises.
