ASIC warning updates on 21-22 September 2026 identified multiple websites as either impersonating legitimate Australian businesses or operating without appropriate licensing.
Australia’s financial regulator listed fmaglobal.io as an impersonation of FMA Global Pty Ltd. It also identified texrilo.com as impersonating Trademax Australia Limited and apex-riseai.com as impersonating Apex Partners Pty Ltd.
The entries are classified by ASIC as “Imposter”, meaning investors should not assume these websites are connected with the legitimate entities whose identities they reference.
ASIC's 22 September update also listed Axi Pot (axipot.com), Marble Zinsara (marblezinsara.net), Smart Index Trade FX (smartindextradefx.com), LX Capital Assets (lxcapitalassets.org), Boldmintz (zenturikova.pro), Bright Accrudance (togploxzika.pro), Hrvat Fundygrex (hrvatfundygrex.online), Bremify Options (bremifyoptions.live), Polar Zinsmere (amberwoodroutek.com), and Genify Next (genifynext.com) as unlicensed.
An ASIC alert is a regulatory warning, not a court finding. However, ASIC advises consumers to verify whether a person or entity offering an investment is licensed or authorised before engaging with it.
ASIC has separately warned that impersonation websites can copy legitimate company details, addresses and financial-services licence information to appear credible. Some fake sites may even link to genuine webpages or use other techniques designed to create an appearance of legitimacy.
Investors should independently verify the website, legal entity and regulatory status before providing personal information or transferring funds. For further due diligence, follow our regulatory warning, broker verification and investment risk coverage.
