An Exness Affiliate Disputes $10,200 CPA Payment

18時間前 BrokersView

A former Exness affiliate from Uzbekistan has filed a complaint claiming that $10,200 in CPA commissions remains unpaid. He says he referred 19 clients between December 2025 and April 2026, but received commissions for only two.

The complaint focuses on Exness' requirements for “active trading,” which the complainant says were not clearly explained. He also says an Exness manager promised to provide trading-spread data used to determine the payout, but the data was never provided.

The affiliate Says 19 Clients Generated Unpaid Commissions

According to the complaint, the affiliate worked with Exness under its CPA program, a model in which affiliates receive a commission for clients they refer after specified conditions are met.

The complainant says he referred 19 clients through his affiliate link and connected them to his copy-trading strategy. He says only two clients generated paid commissions, while the remaining amount shown as unpaid was $10,200.

The affiliate says he worked with Exness from December 2025 to April 2026. He claims the company repeatedly cited “insufficient activity” when explaining why commissions were not paid.

Complaint Raises Questions About Trading Requirements

The complainant says Exness did not clearly state how much trading activity a client needed to qualify for a CPA payment.

He says former affiliate manager Ramy Zakaryan told him that a client's generated spread needed to cover the commission within 8–10 months. A spread is the difference between the buying and selling price of a trading product.

The complaint says the affiliate began escalating the issue on April 22, 2026, after receiving what he describes as unclear answers from support.

The complainant later spoke with another Exness manager, Vladimir, in a recorded call. According to the complaint, the discussion covered how the combined spread generated by referred clients was used to determine CPA payments.

The complaint identifies several points in the recorded conversation. At 08:35, Vladimir allegedly explained that the combined spread generated by the referred clients was counted toward the CPA commission.

At 10:44–11:14, the complainant says he repeated his understanding of the payment process, and Vladimir responded “Yes, correct” at 11:14.

At 10:17, the complainant says he asked for the total spread generated by his clients between December 10, 2025 and April 22, 2026. He claims Vladimir promised to provide the figure, but says it was never provided by the manager or support team.

Related Exness Complaints

The complaint also refers to other online reports from affiliates who allegedly experienced problems with unpaid commissions. The complainant says these reports involved both IB and CPA affiliates, but these claims were not independently established in the complaint itself.
