The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) has issued a public warning about a fraudulent investment website, https://aitechsnews.com/ainewsob/, that is illegally using the name and logo of Wealthforce Inc., a legitimate CIRO-registered firm.
CIRO confirmed that the website has no affiliation with Wealthforce Inc., and any use of its branding is unauthorized. Investors are urged to verify firm registration directly through CIRO and to report any entity falsely claiming CIRO oversight or impersonating CIRO staff.

The impersonation tactic is a hallmark of fraudulent investment schemes, where scammers exploit trust to defraud victims. In this case, the fake Wealthforce promotes itself as an AI-driven trading system with a 71% success rate and “five-figure profits” in 30 days, yet provides no verifiable performance data.

The site also employs urgency-based onboarding, pressuring users to “sign up now” under the pretense of limited availability. This aggressive recruitment strategy, combined with fabricated results and unauthorized branding, points to a coordinated scam operation targeting unsuspecting investors.

This alert follows CIRO’s recent warning about another impersonation scam where fraudsters misused Liquidnet Canada’s name to promote a cryptocurrency scheme.
