Airmarkets Review: Is It Safe? Account Costs and Withdrawal Rules

Airmarkets at a glance: useful features, substantial qualifications

Airmarkets offers a browser-based CFD platform, a published €250 entry deposit and three tiers that discount spreads and overnight financing. That gives manual traders a recognisable product to compare. It is less convincing as a choice for someone prioritising strong regulatory assurance, occasional use or scalping: its MISA authorisation claim needs to be read alongside the Comoros central bank's position, while the contract contains escalating dormancy charges and powers over scalping-related trades.

The Airmarkets broker profile should be matched to air-markets.com and Airmarkets Comoros Ltd. Similar names on airmarkets.ac, airmarkets.pw or airmarkets.sbs are not enough to establish the same operator. The published exclusion list covers residents of the US, Canada, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea and Russia; absence from that list does not itself establish permission in another country.

Company identity, regulation and the limits of protection

The website and client agreement name Airmarkets Comoros Ltd, IBC HV00726496, at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Mohéli, and cite MISA number BFX2026046. This is the broker's stated authorisation basis, not an FCA or EU licence. The Comoros Ministry of Finance has published a central-bank communiqué that expressly challenges MISA's authority to issue banking and financial authorisations. That institutional warning does not name Airmarkets or adjudicate an individual customer's claim, but it prevents treating a MISA number as equivalent to uncontested national regulatory protection.

The broker's Risk Disclosure promises that accounts will not have a negative balance when trading its instruments. This is a contractual broker promise; it neither protects the deposit from trading losses nor establishes an independently funded compensation scheme. A cautious decision should separate company identification, the issuer's claimed permission and enforceable client protections rather than reducing all three to a regulated/unregulated badge.

Silver, Gold and Platinum: what the discounts tell you

The current account page lists three tiers rather than a five-account ladder. Its main distinction is the percentage reduction in spread and swap costs. The Support Hub gives a €250 minimum deposit, whereas the profile header uses US dollars and the Silver field uses euros; use the confirmed account currency and net credited amount rather than assuming those labels are interchangeable.

Published tier Spread and swap discount versus Silver Other headline conditions
Silver None 0.01 lot minimum; up to 1:200; 5% stop-out
Gold 25% Same published minimum size, leverage ceiling and stop-out
Platinum 50% Same published minimum size, leverage ceiling and stop-out

A percentage discount needs a comparable baseline. As an illustration only, if a Silver EUR/USD spread were 2 pips, a 25% reduction would be 1.5 pips and a 50% reduction 1 pip. At US$10 per pip on one standard lot, the differences would be US$5 and US$10 before other charges. These are not observed Airmarkets spreads. Written instrument quotes and the capital required for an upgrade matter more than the discount alone; lower swap pricing also does not settle the total cost of a long holding period.

Non-trading costs: the dormancy schedule matters

The Help Centre says deposits and withdrawals are generally free of broker charges, but the contract reserves additional costs. Clause 17.6 allows a discretionary application-examination charge of 50 EUR/USD/GBP, which may be waived. Deposit provisions allow a discretionary 3% charge plus a fixed component whose wording needs clarification; bank, payment-provider and conversion charges may also reduce the amount received. A general no-fee statement should not replace the applicable written tariff.

Period without trades in the fee table Monthly charge, USD
Up to 30 days 0
More than 30 / 60 / 90 days 30 / 60 / 120
More than 120 / 150 / 180 days 240 / 360 / 500

Section 20 defines inactivity by absence of trades and lists escalating monthly charges, not a single one-off penalty. A new account requesting withdrawal within its first 30 days is also described as dormant, while the table says no charge up to 30 days; that interaction needs clarification before a small test account or early exit. Zero-balance accounts are not charged under this provision. The schedule makes leaving an unused balance a materially different decision from choosing a low entry deposit.

Platforms, markets and trading-style restrictions

The published platform is WebTrader with mobile access, alerts, trade history and more than 60 analytical tools. The market menu covers forex, indices, commodities, metals, stocks and cryptocurrency CFDs. These are price-exposure contracts: a stock CFD is not a shareholding and a crypto CFD is not a coin available for blockchain transfer. Traders requiring a particular MetaTrader terminal or EA should not assume compatibility from generic desktop/mobile wording.

The account page's up-to-1:200 headline is not the leverage on every instrument. Contract Specifications separate retail and professional margins; for example, a 5% retail margin corresponds to 20:1 exposure, not 200:1. Clause 30.5 also reserves powers to suspend accounts, cancel transactions or invalidate profits associated with scalping/sniping strategies. That is a concrete limitation for small-price-change trading, not evidence that every ordinary EA or hedge is prohibited. Obtain strategy-specific written terms before treating the platform as suitable for that use.

Deposits and withdrawals: processing is not receipt

Published funding options include bank transfers, cards and selected electronic providers depending on region. Availability, minimum withdrawal and currency depend on the method, and verification can delay a request. The contract generally routes withdrawals to the originating client payment account and requires adequate available funds and supporting documents; open-position margin requirements can also affect eligibility. Do not turn the existence of a card or local currency into an onboarding entitlement.

The Support Hub says requests are usually processed within one business day plus payment-provider time. Clause 17.9 uses a 10:00 GMT cutoff for same-day versus next-working-day processing and allows a further 5–7 days after approval; Section 19 also contains a conditional three-working-day processing provision. These are different contractual statements about stages and conditions, not a guaranteed one-day arrival. Ask which timeline governs the chosen method and whether the approved amount is net of all charges.

Opening an account, support and the available user feedback

The stated onboarding steps are registration, identity verification and funding; the Help Centre calls for an identity document and recent address evidence. Its usual one-business-day verification wording is a service description, not a guarantee for every application. Support is presented through chat and website contact channels, while some footer telephone text remains a placeholder. Use the actual contact page and the complaint procedure in the agreement rather than a placeholder number.

The Airmarkets user-review section contains a dated October 17, 2026 post by Linda Morr praising a fast, easy platform. It is a single person's statement, not a withdrawal record or a representative execution sample. The profile's US location label also cannot override the broker's US-resident exclusion. This evidence does not establish either a broad record of reliable payouts or a proven pattern of non-payment.

Conclusion and questions before choosing Airmarkets

The clearest potential appeal is a single browser/mobile CFD environment with small order sizes and a published tier structure. The strongest reservations concern regulatory assurance, the absolute cost behind discounts, dormant balances and contractual treatment of scalping. A prospective user who needs strong statutory recourse, predictable occasional-use costs or unrestricted small-price-change strategies has specific reasons to look beyond the headline deposit and platform features.

Is Airmarkets safe because it quotes MISA? The claimed number does not remove the central-bank dispute over the issuing framework or guarantee client money.

Are Gold and Platinum necessarily cheaper? Their published discounts are relative; actual instrument prices, financing and upgrade requirements determine the result.

Does one-business-day processing mean money arrives that day? No. Provider time, documentation, margin and the contract's separate timing clauses still matter.

Can I leave a small balance untouched? The contract's monthly dormancy ladder makes that potentially expensive; the early-withdrawal wording also needs clarification.
