I withdrew USD1000 on Sep29, but the money still hasn't arrived to-date. I chased IC Markets for payment proof so that I could check with my bank what's wrong. It simply took me very long time and emailed them many times to get the proof. On Oct14, I finally got the proof from IC Markets and I checked with my bank immediately.


My bank said on Oct 1, they did receive a notification from the sender that USD1000 was arriving but until Oct 6, my bank didn't see the fund.

So, my bank contacted the sending bank to check why. And the sender suggested cancelling the transaction in this case, which meant the money was not wired indeed.


I reported the case to IC Markets and hoped they could check with their bank. I emailed them at least three times and also contacted their live support. But they simply didn't respond to me at all.


I have been trading with IC Markets since 2016. (I also trade with Tickmill, Axitrade and Think Forex).

Never has this happened once before.


I believe IC Markets did send the fund out. However it seems something to have gone wrong with their bank and they didn't respond to this problem.
