I submitted a withdrawal request on February 28, 2026, and received a system email indicating that I had not received the funds after two business days. After contacting them by email, their official customer service replied that they could not confirm the withdrawal time. Is it safe to work with such a broker? They make depositing easy but withdrawing difficult, so I suggest you do not use them.
