CONTENT It is really unconvincing to deduct all profits at this time. It only shows that Trive's risk control department is very incompetent. They disregard the interests of customers for their own performance and do such a shameful behavior in the industry. If the risk control department keeps deducting profits like this, it only shows that your company only allows customers to lose money and does not allow customers to make profits at all. As long as there is profit, customers are not allowed to withdraw the full amount, otherwise it will be deducted. This is how you treat customers, and it also shows that your risk control department is too incompetent. It is obviously unreasonable for customers to bear the losses caused.

CONTENT I opened an account and started trading at Trive in October 2024 after being introduced by a salesperson. In the middle period, I opened and closed positions, with both losses and gains, and my deposits and withdrawals were normal. In the later period, the market trended in a favorable direction, and my account turned from a loss-making account to a profitable account. At this time, I applied for a profit withdrawal, but the platform unreasonably controlled my account and did not process the withdrawal. Later negotiations were fruitless, and the platform directly deducted 18,698.72 US dollars from my account.
