On November 28, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of $4,000 to Axi. My account balance was $5,251, for a total of $9,251. Axi is still deliberately delaying the withdrawal. I contacted customer service, but they requested various personal information, which I provided. They told me it would be processed within three days, but a month has passed and the withdrawal has still not arrived.
