Our verification confirms that Rynat Capital (Pty) Ltd does appear on the FSCA’s official licensing register, which is a positive initial indicator. However, it is important to note that the FSCA does not publicly list the domain names or websites associated with its licensees. As a result, we are unable to independently confirm whether XTrend Speed is officially affiliated with the licensed entity. This lack of transparency raises a degree of uncertainty regarding the platform’s legitimacy. Furthermore, while FSCA regulation provides a level of oversight, it is generally regarded as an offshore jurisdiction with relatively relaxed regulatory standards and limited investor protection mechanisms. ANSWER Dear Sir or Madam, thank you for reaching out to us regarding the information of XTrend Speed.XTrend Speed is owned and operated by Rynat Capital (Pty) Ltd, a company regulated by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa with the FSP license number 23497.However, regarding FSCA, we would like to mention that some shady brokers will falsely use the regulatory information of a licensed broker by FSCA, as this regulator provides neither authentication details nor domains of the registered company for traders to verify. Consequently, it is not a hundred percent sure that the licensed entity is the one that runs the business under the trading name of XTrend Speed. We would recommend exercising caution when dealing with FSCA-regulated brokers.Overall, it is of certain risk to trade with XTrend Speed, and we would recommend to choose strongly regulated brokers.
