    VirPoint does not claim to be licensed by any regulator; it only claims to be registered in Marshall Islands. While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in Marshall Islands Registry (IRI), this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The Marshall IRI is not a government agency, nor a regulator, and does not regulate foreign exchange.

    Being unregulated is a major red flag for a fraudulent operation. Therefore, VirPoint appears to be a scam.

ANSWER Dear Investor, VirPoint claims to be owned and operated by Finstar Technologies LTD, a company registered in the Marshall Islands. While our search of the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) confirms that this entity is indeed listed, it is crucial to understand that this represents merely an International Business Company (IBC) registration and does not constitute a valid brokerage license. The IRI is not a government financial authority and lacks the power to regulate forex trading. Consequently, VirPoint operates without any actual regulation, strongly suggesting it is a fraudulent broker. Adding to these concerns, the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) officially issued a warning against VirPoint on June 1, 2026. The regulator flagged the firm for potentially providing financial services or products to UK consumers without the necessary authorization. Given the complete lack of legitimate licensing and this serious regulatory warning, VirPoint poses a severe risk of being a scam. We strongly advise all investors to avoid trading with this platform.
