Between November 28 and December 2, 2024 I experienced multiple platform outages on Ox Securities’ MetaTrader 4. These disruptions made it impossible to manage my trades, resulting in the complete liquidation of my account. Despite submitting detailed and precise evidence to Ox customer service multiple times, Ox Securities provided inconsistent explanations and sent back shoddy and unsubstantiated 'evidence' showing their server performance as 'working effectively' but they only sent Nov 27th and nothing for the dates of the actual complait. At first, they blamed my VPS provider, but when I sent prood that the VPS had no issues, they changed their story to a “networking problem.” Other brokers on the same VPS functioned perfectly during this time, making it clear the issue was specific to Ox Securities. On top of this, they pride themselves on being an A-book broker however I asked them outright and they admitted they not book B-book trades, if you know anything about trading you will know that B-Book brokers profit when traders lose money.Additionally, their responses to trade investigation forms were generic and dismissive, showing no signs of a proper investigation. They lack transparency and accountability, which has caused immense financial and emotional stress. I do not recommend Ox Securities.

I wish there was a 0 star rating to give this deceptive broker. Not only did they try to post a 5 star review using my name, but Between November 28 and December 2, 2024, I encountered several platform outages on Ox Securities’ MetaTrader 4, which severely hindered my ability to manage trades and ultimately led to the complete liquidation of my account. Although I submitted thorough evidence, Ox Securities offered inconsistent explanations, including unfounded claims that my VPS provider was at fault. They dismissed my concerns without conducting a proper investigation. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to take responsibility is highly concerning. I know the high leverage offering is appealing but it will cost you. I cannot recommend this broker. Protect yourself and find one that actually has the proper regulatory bodies and leadership in place.

They said they will check it out to their external payment providers. After gave all the necessary data I waited. But the result I got on 15-5-2023 is a disappointing one, they said the crypto transaction that i made is not related to them. Too bad i didn't screenshot all the transaction I made, because I trusted them.
