ONEPRO Review Overview

Our comprehensive ONEPRO review evaluates key factors like regulation, trading fees, and platform execution to help you determine: is ONEPRO a good broker for your trading needs? This objective analysis examines both pros and cons to give you a clear, unbiased picture.

Is ONEPRO Legit and Safe?

ONEPRO is regulated primarily by offshore authorities, but a lack of tier-1 oversight and persistent user complaints regarding withdrawals raise significant safety concerns [1].

ONEPRO review

What Is ONEPRO? Company Background

ONEPRO (also known as OnePro Global) is an online forex and contract for difference (CFD) broker established in 2019 that offers retail trading services in currency pairs, indices, metals, and cryptocurrencies. Originally marketing itself heavily in the Middle East and parts of Asia, the broker has claimed administrative offices in global hubs like Dubai, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. However, the exact nature of their physical presence remains highly disputed. For instance, multi-national offices cited in marketing materials have reportedly closed down, and regional regulators have flagged their physical addresses as mere secretarial shell locations. The broker caters primarily to retail traders seeking high leverage and flexible account setups, but its corporate transparency has faced mounting scrutiny from industry watchdogs.

ONEPRO Regulation

ONEPRO is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. The Financial Services Commission of Mauritius is classified as a tier-3 offshore regulatory body with relatively lenient operational standards compared to tier-1 authorities. You can access the Mauritius FSC official database to verify the broker's current licensing status. Search the registry using the corporate name "ONEPRO Global (MAURITIUS) Limited" or license number GB20025905 to confirm their active status.

The regulatory framework governing ONEPRO highlights its dependence on a single offshore license while other previous global registrations have lapsed or been revoked.

Entity NameRegulatorLicense NumberRegulatory TierInvestor Protection
ONEPRO Global (Mauritius) LimitedFinancial Services Commission (FSC)GB20025905Tier 3 (Offshore)Basic segregation of client funds; no statutory compensation fund.
ONEPRO GROUP NZ LIMITEDFinancial Service Providers Register (FSPR)FSPR 100479 / 8176815Tier 3 (Payment Processor)No forex brokerage oversight; registered solely as a payment processor.
ONEPRO GLOBAL PTY LTDAustralian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)Revoked / CancelledTier 1 (Revoked)None; the Australian entity is completely deregistered and inactive.
PROTRADE GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.CSecurities and Commodities Authority (SCA)Revoked / CancelledTier 2 (Revoked)None; the Middle Eastern entity is no longer authorized.

Ultimately, registering with ONEPRO's offshore Mauritian entity deprives traders of the robust statutory protections, such as negative balance protection or compensation schemes, typically mandated by top-tier authorities like the FCA or ASIC.

Which ONEPRO Entity Serves Your Region?

For the vast majority of international retail traders, onboarding is processed through ONEPRO Global (Mauritius) Limited, or via an unregulated offshore business operated under Clear Markets Ltd in the British Virgin Islands.

This offshore onboarding process differs dramatically from registering under a tier-1 regulated broker:

  • High Leverage Allowances: Offshore accounts bypass standard retail leverage limits, offering margins up to 1:500 or even 1:3000, which greatly increases financial risk.
  • Lax KYC Protocols: Onboarding is frequently faster and requires less rigorous proof-of-income documentation than European or Australian counterparts.
  • Absence of Dispute Resolution: Clients registering via these offshore entities do not have access to an independent financial ombudsman or a statutory investor compensation fund to recover capital if the company defaults.

Restricted Countries

Due to local regulatory limitations and strict enforcement by domestic watchdogs, ONEPRO cannot offer its financial services in several jurisdictions.

  • Unsupported jurisdictions: United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, North Korea, Iran.

Client Fund Protection

While ONEPRO claims to secure client capital through segregated bank accounts at reputable institutions, these assertions are difficult to verify independently under an offshore framework. Unlike brokers regulated by strict European or Australian agencies, ONEPRO is not subject to regular third-party audits of its client bank accounts.

Furthermore, the broker does not guarantee negative balance protection across all account types. This absence of protection means retail clients can lose more than their initial deposit during periods of extreme market volatility. There is also no deposit compensation scheme in place, meaning that if ONEPRO encounters insolvency, traders have no regulatory backstop to guarantee the return of their funds.

ONEPRO User Reviews and Trustpilot Rating

ONEPRO holds a Trustpilot rating of 2.5/5 based on approximately 47 reviews, reflecting heavily negative overall user sentiment. This low rating reflects severe issues reported by customers regarding both the broker's trading infrastructure and fund security.

When analyzing what retail traders report, several clear trends emerge:

Recurring Positive Points:

  • Personalized Setup Assistance: A few earlier reviews praise the regional Dubai team, indicating that specific account managers and mentors provided helpful technical support during initial registration.
  • Introductory Education: Some users noted that the educational guidance provided by company lecturers was clear and accessible for beginners learning the basics of trading.

Recurring Negative Complaints:

  • Severe Withdrawal Failures: Multiple traders highlight that their withdrawal requests were marked as "finished" on their account dashboards, yet the funds were never actually credited to their banks.
  • Unannounced Bankruptcy Claims: Several reviews express panic over emails sent by the company claiming bankruptcy, followed by a total shutdown of customer service channels and unanswered tickets.
  • Technical Execution Issues: Users frequently complain of high slippage, massive spreads during news events, and frequent MetaTrader 4 server disconnections that made profitable trading impossible.

You can See ONEPRO reviews on Trustpilot to read these first-hand accounts directly. This rating and feedback data was last verified as of June 2026.

ONEPRO Account Types

ONEPRO offers a tiered selection of live trading accounts featuring flexible leverage up to 1:500, but high entry barriers for competitive raw spreads may push cost-conscious traders toward other brokers.

ONEPRO Account Types and Minimum Deposit Requirements

ONEPRO categorizes its services into three main live account types, each targeting a specific tier of trading experience and capital commitment. By pricing its entry-level options at an accessible threshold but reserving its institutional conditions for deep-pocketed clients, the broker forces a stark trade-off between upfront capital and ongoing transaction costs.

  • Standard Account: With a low minimum deposit of $100 and leverage up to 1:500, this option represents the lowest entry barrier for casual retail clients. However, because it charges no commissions but carries wider marked-up spreads averaging 1.6 pips, it is ultimately a costly choice for high-frequency traders and is best reserved for long-term position traders.
  • VIP Account: Requiring an identical $100 minimum deposit, this tier renders the Standard account largely obsolete by providing tighter spreads averaging 1.0 pip with zero commission fees. This structure makes it the most cost-effective option for mid-tier retail traders who want to minimize spreads without stepping up to a high-deposit professional account.
  • ECN Account: Geared towards scalpers and institutional traders, this account requires an immensely high minimum deposit of $1,000 to unlock direct market access with raw spreads from 0.2 pips. Although a standard round-turn commission is charged on each trade, the dramatically reduced spreads provide a much cheaper overall trading cost over high volumes than the broker's spread-markup accounts.

Does ONEPRO Offer an Islamic Account?

Yes, ONEPRO offers swap-free Islamic accounts that comply fully with Shariah law by eliminating overnight interest or swap fees. These swap-free conditions are available upon request for qualifying clients across all standard account configurations, though holding periods on certain currency pairs may be capped to prevent speculative arbitrage.

ONEPRO Fees and Trading Costs

ONEPRO charges mid-to-high overall trading costs due to wide spreads on its standard tiers, though its ECN commissions remain average if traders can meet the steep deposit barrier.

ONEPRO Trading Fees (Spreads / Commission Fees / Swap and Overnight Fees)

Trading fees represent the primary cost of doing business on ONEPRO, and they vary significantly depending on the account tier you select. For standard accounts, the cost of trading is built directly into the spread, whereas raw accounts exchange wider spreads for a flat commission.

  • Spreads: On the Standard account, the average spread for the EUR/USD pair sits at 1.6 pips, which is considerably higher than the industry standard of 1.0 to 1.2 pips for commission-free accounts. The VIP account lowers this average spread to 1.0 pip, while the ECN account offers raw spreads starting from 0.2 pips.
  • Commission Fees: There are no commission fees charged on the Standard or VIP accounts. However, the ECN account carries a commission fee of approximately $3 to $6 per round-turn lot, which must be added to the raw spread when calculating total trading costs.
  • Swap and Overnight Fees: Positions held open past 5:00 PM EST are subject to daily rollover or swap fees based on interest rate differentials. A triple swap rate is applied on Wednesday nights to account for weekend settlement. Traders should note that carrying overnight positions on ONEPRO is often costlier than with competitors, as several reviews cite wider swap markups on exotic pairs and commodities.

ONEPRO Non-Trading Fees (Inactivity Fees / Currency Conversion Fees)

Beyond the direct costs of entering and exiting the market, ONEPRO imposes secondary administrative charges that can erode a trader's capital.

  • Inactivity Fees: If an account remains completely dormant with no trading activity for a continuous period of 6 months, ONEPRO reserves the right to charge a recurring monthly inactivity fee to cover account maintenance.
  • Currency Conversion Fees: Because most trading accounts are denominated in USD, any transactions processed in non-USD currencies are subject to conversion markups. The broker utilizes its own internal exchange rates, which often feature wider margins than standard market conversion rates.

ONEPRO Deposits & Withdrawals (Deposit and Withdrawal Methods / Withdrawal Speed and Minimum Limits / Deposit and Withdrawal Fees / Withdrawal Issues and User Complaints)

ONEPRO supports a standard range of payment methods, but severe processing delays and restrictive terms on zero-trading withdrawals make its funding process highly unreliable.

For funding, the broker accepts credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), traditional bank wire transfers, and popular e-wallets such as Neteller and Skrill. The minimum entry requirement is $100 for Standard and VIP accounts, while the ECN tier demands a minimum deposit of $1,000. Deposits made via cards and e-wallets are usually credited instantly, whereas bank wires can take up to three business days to clear.

In terms of transaction costs, ONEPRO does not charge an upfront deposit fee. However, the broker enforces a strict administrative rule: a 5% penalty fee is charged on the total amount if you request a withdrawal without having executed any trades on the account first.

While official processing times for withdrawals are advertised as taking between 1 to 3 business days, the reality reported by actual users is far less favorable. The broker's withdrawal pipeline has been the subject of numerous specific complaints on major public forums:

  • Dashboard Discrepancies: Multiple users on Trustpilot and BrokersView report that their withdrawal requests are marked as "finished" or "completed" on the ONEPRO client portal, even though the actual funds are never sent to their bank accounts.
  • Arbitrary Profit Cancellation: Several manual traders have complained that their accumulated profits were completely voided or frozen, with the broker citing vague "irregular trading behaviors" without providing supporting log evidence.
  • Support Blackouts: In numerous documented cases, clients who attempted to follow up on delayed payouts were met with absolute silence, as customer support agents ignored support tickets and locked live chat access.

ONEPRO Trading Platforms, Conditions & Experience

ONEPRO provides standard MetaTrader software and multi-asset CFD markets, but underlying technological issues and poor execution quality heavily detract from the overall trading experience.

Does ONEPRO Support MT4, MT5 & Mobile Trading?

ONEPRO supports the industry-standard MT4 and MT5 platforms alongside a proprietary mobile app, giving traders access to automated charting and mobile account management.

The broker provides compatibility with both MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5), which are available as desktop terminals for Windows and macOS, as web traders, and as mobile apps for Android and iOS. Additionally, they offer a proprietary "ONEPRO APP" designed to help clients manage their back-office transactions and monitor their portfolios.

  • Automated Strategy Integration: Both MT4 and MT5 on ONEPRO are fully configured to support algorithmic trading through Expert Advisors (EAs), allowing clients to utilize custom scripts and automated robots without structural restrictions.
  • Unreliable Server Infrastructure: Despite using world-class third-party platforms, retail clients frequently report server connection failures and high-latency lag, which suggests the broker's bridge to its liquidity providers is poorly optimized.
  • Proprietary App Limitations: The custom ONEPRO mobile app functions well for tracking deposit and withdrawal requests, but its actual mobile charting features are highly limited compared to the native MT4 or MT5 mobile interfaces.

What Can You Trade on ONEPRO? (markets and instruments)

ONEPRO provides a multi-asset product lineup covering over 45 currency pairs and CFDs on indices, shares, metals, energies, futures, and cryptocurrencies.

The broker's product range is broad enough to accommodate standard diversification across key asset classes. Because all these assets are traded as Contracts for Difference (CFDs), traders can speculate on falling markets via short-selling as easily as they can on rising markets.

  • Forex pairs: Over 45 major, minor, and exotic currency pairs.
  • Precious metals: Spot contracts on gold and silver traded against major currencies.
  • Energies: Spot and futures contracts on Brent crude oil, WTI crude oil, and natural gas.
  • Indices: CFD contracts on major global stock indices, including the S&P 500, Nasdaq, and DAX.
  • Shares: CFD trading on hundreds of public equities from US, European, and Asian stock markets.
  • Futures & Commodities: Standard agricultural soft commodities and treasury futures.
  • Cryptocurrencies: CFD trading on high-market-cap digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin.

ONEPRO Leverage, Margin & Order Execution

ONEPRO utilizes Straight Through Processing (STP) order routing and offers high retail leverage up to 1:500, but real-world execution is frequently hit by high slippage.

Because ONEPRO operates under offshore Mauritian regulation, it is exempt from the strict retail leverage caps of 1:30 mandated by tier-1 European and Australian authorities. The broker markets itself as an STP agency broker that connects client orders directly to interbank liquidity providers without dealer desk intervention.

  • Aggressive Leverage Caps: Retail accounts are granted leverage up to 1:500 on major currency pairs, meaning a margin of just 0.2% is required to hold open positions. While highly attractive for traders with small accounts, this aggressive ratio drastically escalates the risk of rapid capital liquidation.
  • Execution Performance Gaps: Although the broker advertises high-speed order execution, independent client logs reveal significant slippage on order fills, with trades frequently executing at worse prices than the initial bid-ask quote during high-volatility sessions.
  • Execution Integrity Concerns: Frequent user reports regarding delayed order execution, artificial price spikes, and unilaterally canceled profits suggest that the broker may route trades through an internal "B-Book" dealing desk rather than a pure agency STP network.

ONEPRO Research Tools & Educational Resources

ONEPRO offers a limited selection of basic market commentaries and entry-level guides, which fails to match the comprehensive research tools of top-tier competitors.

The broker's research and education department is notably barebones compared to the extensive resources provided by industry-leading brokerages. The broker offers very few self-directed analysis resources on its public website.

  • Basic Daily Summaries: The broker posts simple daily market previews and technical notes, but these lack the advanced macroeconomic perspectives, institutional data, and deep charting analysis expected by serious traders.
  • Absence of Professional Add-ons: There is a complete lack of premium third-party analysis integrations—such as Trading Central or Autochartist—which are standard features at more competitive brokerages.
  • Elementary Education Guides: The broker's learning material is confined to simple glossaries and short introductory articles, offering zero advanced educational webinars or advanced risk-management strategies.

How Good Is ONEPRO Customer Support?

ONEPRO provides multilingual customer service channels including WhatsApp, phone support, and email, but users report extremely slow response times and unhelpful support teams.

The broker advertises a multilingual support desk available 24/7. They provide contact options including international phone lines, email (cs@oneproglobal.com), and dedicated WhatsApp support channels (+1 646-878-6710 and +971 42781200).

  • Offline Live Chat Channels: Despite the broker's claims of 24/7 live support, the website chat interface is frequently offline, forcing clients to deal with a basic automated bot that cannot resolve actual technical or account disputes.
  • Slow Ticket Resolutions: Traders who submit email requests regarding delayed withdrawals or platform execution errors face lengthy response delays, often receiving repetitive, copy-paste template answers that fail to resolve the core issue.
  • Unreachable Phone Support: The international contact numbers provided by the broker—including their listed Dubai and New Zealand lines—regularly fail to connect or go completely unanswered, leaving clients with no immediate way to escalate critical issues.

Who Is ONEPRO Best For?

ONEPRO is best suited for offshore trading enthusiasts who prioritize high retail leverage and zero domestic regulatory restrictions over the security of their funds.

Is ONEPRO Good for Beginners?

ONEPRO is not recommended for beginner traders due to its wider-than-average standard spreads, lack of negative balance protection, and persistent user withdrawal disputes.

Novices require a highly transparent, safe, and cost-effective environment to learn the mechanics of the market. ONEPRO fails to provide this foundation because its entry-level Standard account carries high ongoing trading costs through marked-up spreads, and the lack of statutory negative balance protection means beginners could theoretically lose more than their initial deposit. Furthermore, the severe, unresolved withdrawal issues documented by existing clients make this broker an incredibly risky choice for those who cannot afford to lose their starting capital.

Is ONEPRO Good for High-Leverage Traders?

ONEPRO provides high leverage up to 1:500 to retail clients, making it suitable for aggressive risk-takers who prioritize margin flexibility over regulatory protections.

Experienced retail traders who employ high-risk margin strategies and require leverage up to 1:500 may find ONEPRO’s offshore framework functionally useful. Because the broker bypasses the strict 1:30 leverage caps mandated by tier-1 regulators in the UK, Europe, and Australia, traders can open large positions with minimal capital. However, even seasoned margin traders must carefully weigh this flexibility against the substantial operational risks, including high execution slippage and the lack of any regulatory recourse if the broker experiences insolvency.

Is ONEPRO Good for Scalpers and Day Traders?

ONEPRO is poorly suited for scalpers and day traders because of frequent platform latency, execution slippage, and high ECN account deposit requirements.

To trade successfully, scalpers and high-frequency day traders rely on ultra-tight spreads and split-second execution speeds. While ONEPRO's ECN account does provide raw spreads starting at 0.2 pips, the steep $1,000 minimum deposit requirement to access these conditions is uncompetitive compared to rival brokers who offer identical raw spreads for a $100 deposit. Additionally, numerous user reviews complaining of high execution slippage, platform freezes, and the arbitrary cancellation of trading profits make executing short-term scalping strategies highly dangerous.

Best for: High-leverage traders who accept high regulatory and fund-security risks
Less ideal for: Beginners, high-frequency scalpers, and safety-conscious retail traders

Compare ONEPRO with Other Popular Brokers

ONEPRO struggles to match the security, competitive pricing, and execution stability of established global brokerages.

ONEPRO vs exness

ONEPRO suffers from significantly higher entry barriers and wider standard spreads than exness, which offers much lower transaction costs and superior regulatory oversight.

In terms of market access, both brokers support MetaTrader platforms, but Exness features an incredibly low minimum deposit starting at just $10, completely outclassing ONEPRO's $100 entry-level barrier. Furthermore, Exness provides far more competitive pricing, with standard EUR/USD spreads averaging around 1.0 pip compared to ONEPRO's hefty 1.6 pips. Crucially, Exness is heavily regulated by multiple tier-1 and tier-2 international authorities, whereas ONEPRO is restricted to a single offshore license and has been blacklisted by Hong Kong’s SFC. Exness also supports instant automated withdrawals; on the other hand, ONEPRO is marred by extensive client complaints of frozen payouts and zero-trading penalty fees.

Takeaway: ONEPRO is only suitable for traders seeking higher retail leverage ratios; Exness is the far superior choice for safety, low entry deposits, and withdrawal reliability.

ONEPRO vs icmarkets

ONEPRO cannot compete with the ultra-low institutional spreads and world-class raw-pricing execution of icmarkets.

IC Markets is globally recognized for its institutional-grade execution speed, delivering raw spreads that average 0.1 pips on EUR/USD with a small fixed commission. By contrast, ONEPRO's ECN account requires a steep $1,000 minimum deposit, yet still suffers from execution slippage and platform lag. IC Markets operates under strict tier-1 regulators like ASIC and CySEC, ensuring robust client insurance and negative balance protection; ONEPRO offers no such safety nets under its Mauritian offshore structure. Additionally, IC Markets allows seamless profit withdrawals without punitive administrative fees, whereas ONEPRO clients face a 5% penalty for withdrawing unused funds.

Takeaway: ONEPRO is more flexible with maximum leverage ratios; IC Markets is the better choice for institutional-grade scalping and top-tier safety.

ONEPRO vs xm

ONEPRO offers a less secure trading environment and significantly fewer account options than xm, which boasts top-tier regulation and low minimum deposit limits.

XM requires a tiny minimum deposit of just $5, making it highly accessible to casual traders compared to ONEPRO's $100 threshold. XM offers exceptionally tight spreads on its Ultra Low account averaging 0.6 pips with zero commission; by contrast, ONEPRO's commission-free Standard account charges a steep average of 1.6 pips. On the regulatory front, XM maintains active licenses with top-tier bodies like ASIC and CySEC, but ONEPRO has had its key ASIC license cancelled and relies solely on an offshore Mauritius registration. XM also offers a comprehensive suite of daily live webinars and free trading signals, on the other hand, ONEPRO’s educational resources are highly limited.

Takeaway: ONEPRO is ideal only for those demanding maximum retail leverage up to 1:500; XM is the much safer and cheaper choice for beginners and active retail traders.

ONEPRO Broker Quick Verdict

ONEPRO is an option for traders seeking high offshore leverage, but our ONEPRO review concludes that severe regulatory red flags and persistent withdrawal issues make it too risky for most retail clients. While its MetaTrader platforms and 1:500 margin ratios are highly flexible, the lack of tier-1 oversight and numerous complaints regarding frozen funds heavily outweigh any operational benefits.

Editorial Transparency: This ONEPRO review is based on information from the official ONEPRO website, current regulatory filings, and independent third-party sources such as Trustpilot. We cross-checked the broker's regulation and license details, account types, trading and non-trading fees, deposit and withdrawal terms, platforms, and real user feedback to ensure accuracy and objectivity. This content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice; trading CFDs carries a high risk of losing money. Last updated: June 2026.

I was really impressed with the IB rebates because I didn’t believe. My rebates accumulated and I was able to place withdrawals so OnePro brokers are great with their integrity

It feels okay, the spread is quite low, and the transaction is relatively smooth. It only takes two minutes to withdraw money.

The index type is a bit embarrassing. For example, 1 hand of the Hang Seng Index is equivalent to 10 hands on other platforms. If you blindly place an order without understanding the rules clearly, you will suffer a loss the first time, but you will make it back later.

The spread is so high that normal trade is unable. The order failed to be done many times because of slippage problems. However, the SL is very fast. They hit before other brokers do.
