    FXCess is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. FXCess claims to be the trade name of Notesco Limited, a company registered in Bermuda with registration number 51491. However, we did not find any match results to FXCess or Notesco Limited in the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). The regulatory information is a false statement for unsuspecting traders. The truth is that FXCess is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

The truth is, FXCess is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like FXCess and trade with licensed brokers.

I checked their order execution speed. They were filled fastly, IN a normal way. No surprises. That’s more than esdnough to be convinced of Fxcess reliability

can't say they've scammed me at least. I'd agree withdrawals sometimes get delayed (I had 2 times) but they do work - I do receive my money regularly. Spreads aren't super tight but they're fair enough to do regular trading.Been trading eurusd + some indices for the last 9 months - working well. And by the way, notesco does pop up on the bvi fsc website - I did my checks befoe joining the broker

ye judging by comments, pretty decent broker. The huge red bar on the screen is way overblown here

Its not regulated broker , I am struggling to get my initial deposit money they are delaying it. Dont invest in fxcess.com its a scam broker
