FXCess claims to be the trade name of Notesco Limited, a company registered in Bermuda with registration number 51491. However, we did not find any match results to FXCess or Notesco Limited in the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). Apparently, the regulatory information is a false statement for unsuspecting traders. The truth is, FXCess is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like FXCess and trade with licensed brokers.
