ANSWER The US market is not accessible for Eightcap.Eightcap operates under the supervision of regulators that are not recognized by the US authorities, and doesn't have a license from the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) or the National Futures Association (NFA). Therefore, the platform cannot accept clients who reside in the US or have a US citizenship, or they would violate the US regulations.If you are looking for a broker that is authorized to operate in the US market, you can use our platform and select the "NFA" option in the "Broker" section, filtering the brokers that have a license from the NFA, which is one of the US regulators for online trading.

Very good customer service, very quick withdrawal without any issues (deposit refunds are returned to the card, while profits are transferred to the bank account). I only trade using MT5, so I can’t review their advanced features, as I haven’t used them.
