While a company named *Brillant Capital Markets Ltd* appears in Saint Lucia’s IFC register, this only confirms its status as an International Business Company (IBC), a basic corporate registration that does not imply financial regulation, as the IFC does not oversee forex or investment activities. Our search of the Mauritius FSC’s licensing register found no record of Brillant Capital, and checks with UAE regulators, SCA and DFSA, also revealed no matching licensed entity. Given the absence of verifiable regulation from any credible authority, there is strong reason to suspect that Brillant Capital operates without proper authorization and may be a scam.

More importantly, this registration only indicates that it is an International Business Company (IBC), which is a basic corporate structure and not a financial license. The Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate forex or investment activities, so this status offers no regulatory oversight or investor protection. The platform also claims to be regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. However, our search of the FSC’s official licensing register returned no results for "Brillant Capital" or any related entity, raising serious doubts about this claim. Additionally, Brillant Capital states it has a presence in the UAE, but our checks with the relevant financial regulators — the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) — found no licensed entity matching its name. Given the lack of verifiable regulatory oversight from any credible authority, we have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this platform. There is a strong possibility it could be a scam.
