While we did find a company named Brillant Capital Markets Ltd registered with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre(IFC), we cannot confirm whether this is the same entity operating the platform, as the platform does not clearly disclose its full legal name. More importantly, this registration only indicates that it is an International Business Company (IBC), which is a basic corporate structure and not a financial license. The Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate forex or investment activities, so this status offers no regulatory oversight or investor protection.

The platform also claims to be regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. However, our search of the FSC’s official licensing register returned no results for "Brillant Capital" or any related entity, raising serious doubts about this claim.

Additionally, Brillant Capital states it has a presence in the UAE, but our checks with the relevant financial regulators — the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) — found no licensed entity matching its name.
