    It claims that its registered address is in Saint Lucia, but its actual address is in Dubai. As we all know, Saint Lucia does not have an institution with the right to regulate foreign exchange, and we have checked the relevant institutions in Dubai but did not find any matching information in the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE).

    In addition, the Finansinspektionen (FI) issued a warning against Geofaith Capital Limited, suspecting that it is not a real company. 

    In essence, Geofaith Capital Limited is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Geofaith Capital Limited is unequivocally a scam.
