While the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) does list this entity, such registration merely confirms its status as an International Business Company (IBC) and is not equivalent to obtaining a valid financial license or regulatory oversight. In reality, Geofaith Capital Limited appears to be conducting regulated brokerage activities without holding any proper license, which inherently constitutes potential fraud. Furthermore, on May 8, 2025, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (FI) issued a warning against Geofaith Capital Limited, suspecting that it is not a legitimate company. Additionally, the Finansinspektionen (FI) has issued a warning, suspecting that Geofaith Capital Limited is not a real company.
